Joanna Dulniak, with 30 years of experience in the headhunting industry and a proven track record of successfully completing hundreds of recruitment projects, is recognized as one of the most reliable and experienced headhunters in Poland. At first, she worked for 18 years with one of the first recruitment companies established in Poland in 1990. In 2012 Joanna started her own executive search firm, which over the last 8 years has been responsible for managing the Polish operation of an Austrian executive search firm specializing in finding top-level talents. In the meantime she also gained experience in co-operation within a few global executive search networks.
Joanna’s areas of expertise include executive search, leadership advisory, organizational strategy, and talent management.
Joanna is known for her ability to identify and attract exceptional leaders, combining in-depth market knowledge with a personal approach to each client’s needs. She has successfully placed senior executives in top roles at many companies, ensuring that her clients achieve long-term business success.
Joanna holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with specialization in Organization and Management and has continued to build her professional qualifications through certifications in executive recruitment and leadership development.
In addition to her professional work, Joanna is deepening her knowledge in psychology, especially stress management, and is interested in economy and politics.
In her daily routine she practices outdoor running and loves classical music.
