Who we are

What data we process and why
- Contact form and e-mail. Name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message, in order to answer your enquiry (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Candidates. CVs, career history and contact details sent to us in connection with recruitment projects, in order to conduct the recruitment process and, with your consent, to consider you for future projects (art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Clients and business partners. Contact details of representatives, in order to perform contracts and maintain business relations (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
How long we keep your data
Enquiries: for the time needed to answer them and for up to 12 months afterwards. Candidate data: for the duration of the recruitment project and, with your consent, for up to 3 years for future projects. Client data: for the duration of the contract and the period required by law.
Who we share your data with
Data may be shared with our hosting provider (OVH), e-mail provider and, in the case of candidates, with the client for whom the recruitment project is conducted. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing, transfer your data and withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise your rights, write to biuro@outperform.pl.
